6 & 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy Symptoms
Pregnancy is the most crucial time that a woman has to go through. Every woman who is pregnant needs to take extra care of themselves for a good and healthy birth of their child.
Week 7 of one’s pregnancy is an essential time for growth and changes in both the mother and the child. Though there will be no observable change on the outside, there will be several changes inside the mother’s body that will be crucial for nurturing the child.
The child at 6 and 7-week:
At 6 or 7 weeks of pregnancy, the baby is about 1/4 inch long and is still considered to be an embryo. The spinal tail of the baby during this time slowly gets smaller and will eventually disappear.
During this time of pregnancy, the baby will start developing its head and face. The nostrils, eyes, hands and feet all also start forming.
6 and 7-week symptoms
During this time, as we have discussed earlier, the baby starts growing and developing several essential body parts and organs. Due to all this development and changes in the baby, the mother will also experience several different symptoms.
The problems that are mention below are some of the 6 weeks of pregnancy symptoms a mother faces.
- Morning sickness
During the six weeks of pregnancy, the mother experiences nausea and vomiting from time to time. They mostly feel the morning sickness though it is not always limited to the morning.
The sudden increase in hormone level is mostly considered to be the cause of these symptoms.
- Fatigue
The fatigue that a mother experiences during this time of pregnancy is pretty standard and is nothing to worry about. It is more prominent after the 7th week of pregnancy.
- Constipation
Prenatal vitamins that are created during this time are essential for proper growth and development of the baby. But these vitamins give rise to an increase in iron which causes the mother to feel constipated. So, drink plenty of water during this time is the best choice.
The stated below problems are the most common 7 weeks of pregnancy symptoms a mother faces.
- Food Aversion and Nausea
This is a pretty common symptom. The mother will have cravings for sour foods like pickle and might feel repulsive towards her favourite food. She will feel that odours that previously did not bother her, now feels unbearable.
The food aversion, nausea and cravings last throughout the pregnancy but generally start during this time.
- Fatigue
This is also a common symptom in pregnant mothers. During the seven-week of pregnancy time, the mothers might feel doozy and snooze from time to time. Mothers during this time feel less energetic, and even a little work for them seems like a lot.
- Excess saliva
Excess creation of saliva and excess need for spitting that saliva is pretty standard for pregnant mothers in their seven-week pregnancy. Hormones and heartburn are most likely the reason for such creation. Drinking plenty of water and chewing some gum is the best option for this symptom.
Conclusion:
6 and 7 weeks of pregnancy are the most critical time for the growth of the baby. During this time, the mother will face several changes in her body and go through different symptoms.
